So, what do I specialize in besides real estate?  Staying healthy on all those plane trips that I take.  Wash hands on every visit to the rest room.  Take your vitamins.  Eat well.  Get enough sleep.  At the first sign of a cold, go get Zicam.  I like the nose swabs that you put in your nostril for five seconds.  Cuts any cold in half.  I guess Momma was right.
