They work with the buyers that want deals and the REO inventory. So when I mention they need to work with less buyers and more sellers that have equity they say, that is not who we are running in to. That is right. People with equity and motivation don’t knock down your door. But to believe that there are no sellers with equity is ridiculous. What about all the people that that have lived in their homes for more than 7 years? They are fine. They will buy up at big discounts or move to less expensive lands. It is time to go back to work and stop accepting what the business gives you and go get what really is the most lucrative activities in the market.
