The Property Information Sheet is an extra property information sheet. It gave me more insights regarding the client, but it was completed most often on my website under my pre-confirmation or seller section that I would send the seller to prior to my appointment.

Please have the following items available, if possible:
- Prior title policy
- Prior year tax bill
- Any appraisal and/or survey that you have on hand
- A copy of the latest mortgage payment coupon
- Two copies of the keys to all doors with labels
- Invoices for any repairs or improvements you did to the property; if not possible, your best guess at repairs, their costs, and year completed
- Lien waivers for any work done in the previous six months
- A list of inclusions and exclusions of personal property
- Covenants, conditions, and deed restrictions provided to you upon purchase, if applicable.
- Information on special assessments, if applicable
- Homeowners/condominium association information and budget, if applicable
- Any past inspection reports as to radon, general reports, earthquake, flood, etc.
- Locate any builder information including any floor plans, landscape plans, or old MLS printouts
- List of questions you have about the marketing of the property
- List of concerns you have about the home selling process
- Lead paint disclosure form, if house was built prior to 1978
