As we move further into autumn, most areas of the country will begin to have a depleted inventory.  Here’s a great way to possibly rebuild your inventory for 4th quarter.

I currently am working with a buyer who has expressed interest in (neighborhood name).  We have pre-qualified our buyer for the price range of homes in this area, and we have verified his source of down payment.  Furthermore, we have asked him to sign a loyalty agreement, which states that we are his exclusive representatives.

Our buyer is a local certified public accountant, his wife is currently employed by Provena St. Mary’s Hospital, and they have two children in elementary school.

If you have considered selling your within the next 24 months, I would like to discuss the possibility of introducing my buyers to you to see if mutually desirable goals can be met.
