Well, this letter should get their attention.  If their home didn’t sell, they might’ve heard a few of these excuses from their listing agent.  Let’s face it – some of them might be legitimate excuses!

A great agent can overcome any obstacle.  Become that great agent and overcome whatever obstacle stood in the way of this expired not selling the first time around!

You’ve probably heard a few of these over the past (months/days on the market)….

“Your price is too high.”

“Interest rates are too high.”

“Busy street.”

“There are not any buyers out there.”

“Everyone is waiting for interest rates to go down.”

“Houses are not selling because it is too hot.”

“There are too many properties on the market.”

“Nothing is selling.”
