Here’s a little more buyer prep before your first meeting with new clients.  It’s just a quick email to let them know what to expect in the days and weeks ahead.

I’m looking forward to seeing you on (date) at (time) at (location).  It will be my pleasure working with you in your search for a new home.

Please let me take a moment to explain how I work.  My job is to determine your needs and develop a plan to meet them.  I will continue to ask you about your needs to make sure I find your perfect property.

There will be occasions when my pointed and direct questions may cause slight anxiety, but you have to address the tough questions before the purchase rather than after.

I promise that everything I do leads to the possibility of finding your dream home.  I will also be narrowing down the number of homes to show you so that I will not be wasting your time looking at homes that are not suitable.

Please call my staff regarding any “drive-bys,” ads, or websites that have property that you believe meets your needs.  We will pull complete “stats” on them before our next meeting.
