In the (# of years) years that I have been involved in the buying and selling of real estate here in (your area), it has always been my goal to be an asset and a resource to the real estate building community.  Since I cannot sell real estate that has not been built yet, it is my job to provide you with the best leads I can find for future development in (your area) and its surrounding areas.

The leads I gather through my various sources will come to you every other week.
