Today’s letter marks the 60-day time frame. This letter reminds the seller that he/she is of utmost importance in your business. If you’ve had a seller who has been a little cranky through the process, this letter might also help in “resetting the scene.”
I’ve said a thousand times before and I’ll say it again – communication is key in this business! Stay in contact with your buyers and sellers. Sometimes even just a “thank you” note like this one can go a long way in easing any fears or calming any anxiety.
