As promised in yesterday’s blog, we’re following up today with the document we alluded to in the letter to our sellers – the feedback survey from showing agents.

Obtaining feedback from buyers is imperative during the listing period. If there’s an issue with a needed repair, the listing is at too high a price, or fill-in-the-blank – whatever the feedback might be from prospective buyers and their agents, it’s needed for you and for your seller client(s).

Here’s a little “nudge” and incentive for the showing agents to leave feedback on your listings.
