Follow up is important with prospective clients, too! Here’s an email template that you can use to send the evening or morning after an open house.
Do this process as you enter the email addresses into your database then it’s all done at one time.

RE: That was fun!
Thank you for attending the open houses I held last Sunday. It was a pleasure meeting you!
If you have any interest in being introduced to more homes in the area, I would be eager to help you. I have some “secret inventory” coming up soon.
It is true that most people who buy a home after attending an open house usually buy something other than the open house they attended. That is because the odds are slim of walking into a home that coincidentally happens to have the right bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, layout, design, and a hundred other factors you use in your selection process.
Once we have a chance to meet and a time for me to counsel you about how to accomplish your goals, then I can arrange for you to see other homes not being held open, but which may come closer to your requirements.
If you would like to see how some of my clients have beaten this market, please call or email me.
Sincerely,
Walter Sanford
