This is a worksheet that can be utilized for a variety of people.  It can be used for you as a REALTOR contacting FSBOs, and it can help in keeping you on track, marking your progress, etc.  It can also be used for your assistant in tracking his/her progress in working through a FSBO campaign.

Finally, it can be used as a training tool for new agents who are part of your team/office.  Especially if a new agent isn’t comfortable on the phone yet, this is a great exercise to not only generate potential leads but also to calm his/her nerves in becoming better versed with the “lingo” of real estate.
