Somedays it is hard to wake up and work your plan.  So many people and products vying for your attention.  After 40 years, there are a few things that can be determined to be the most profitable activities in real estate.

1.  Have the ability to lessen or eliminate commission reductions.

2.  Ask for more.  For instance: A. referrals  B.  transaction coordination fees  C.  cancellation fees  D.  buyer contracts at listing presentations

3.  Pay the IRS on time and buy cash flow real estate to shelter income with depreciation.

4.  Same day return calls, texts, and emails.

5.  Eliminate bad clients sooner.
