It has been a few months now since I started turning down requests for out of area speaking engagements.  I still coach some of the top producing real estate practitioners in North America, but am really enjoying my time managing my/God’s real estate.  In a minute, I will tell you some of the things that I have been able to do because I have more time and less stress.  However, I would be remiss if I did not tell you that there is only one way to have money in your retirement….make money now.

4.   Get my hands dirty.  I actually get to work a little with the guys that manage/restore my property.  They hate it, but always wearing a suit, I could never really do anything in the trades. (Still can’t) but fun learning.
5.   When I see a need, I can start fixing it financially or with my time.  Giving to people or causes is very satisfying.
6.   Finally use my gym in the basement.
7.   Save $5,000 a year taking care of my boat myself.
8.   Plan for future generations.
9.   Study Christ’s teachings with more depth.
10.   Be available to my family.
