INSTRUCTIONS FOR EFFECTIVE IMPLEMENTATION OF YOUR "GETTING TO KNOW YOU" INFORMATION KIT

1. By entirely completing your evaluation package, I will be able to make more effective suggestions for your future. We will be able to plan, implement, and achieve better results. You have paid for this coaching program. For me to deliver maximum value, I need you to pay attention to the enclosed exercises. It will be the beginning of your office manual.

2. Significant others and assistants are not only important to you and your business, but I will need to enlist them in your vision (plan). Sometimes we can gain greater insight to you and your business from them. Please include them. Encourage them to be open and honest also.

3. If there is a particular day of the week that works best for you and/or a particular time of the day where you are at your best, let Cyndi know via phone or email (cyndi@waltersanford.com) so that she can start scheduling your appointments for the month. Due to my travel and speaking schedule, we do all that we can to keep the same day/time for you each month. At the end of each month, Cyndi will contact you via email to schedule appointments for the next month. Upon your verification of those days/times, Cyndi will then reserve your appointments with Walter.

4. When Cyndi schedules appointments, we request that you do your best to keep them. Call ahead if you cannot "be there" in mind or body. If you cannot keep your scheduled appointment, we will take up where we left off on the next week.

5. If you change offices, contact numbers, or locations, please notify us immediately and well in advance of our appointments.

6. You have to be prepared. Your office manual and checklists will act as taskmaster for many of these sessions you'll be having with me. Get the weekly assignments done! Try to think of questions in advance and write them down. Write down all of the objections you were not able to handle effectively. Having all these items prior to the appointment will be necessary to your success. Trying to come up with your "life" questions just minutes before our appointment will be an underutilization of our time together and will serve only to reduce our outcomes. I won’t let you waste your money!

7. As we get further into your life, you will find that the plan we assemble together is important, but our job is to make you accountable for the goals that we set and the goals that you have committed to. We were put together for one reason and that is to increase your productivity and satisfaction with your career so don't be offended if I am firm in our requests regarding your accountability and performance on the systems we both agree upon. We're in this together!
