It is time to invest in our new listing presentation that stops you from promising all those things you do the the sellers believe need to be done but don’t work and cost lots of money. Print advertising is one of them and it becomes less effective as the search strategies get better. Plus everyone has more listings with crabbier sellers that want them advertised so the real estate magazines look like small city telephone books. Advertise your exclusive services for buyers and your buyers wants, in detail. No one else is doing it and who do you thing the sellers want to list with? The agent with all the listings or the agent with all the buyers?

Walter, couldn’t agree with you more on this one. …small city telephone books… I love it!!! Print advertising is dead, but continues to suck money from the unsuspecting Realtor/Brokerage like a black hole in outer space. I use Internet advertising from my own website, blogs, and other Real Estate affiliate sites and have gotten great exposure. Since the NAR states the 79% of all searches for real estate are initiated on the Internet, I figured I would catch them first, and reach them through the Internet.
