We added value and reports to our website and direct mail/E-mail. These reports are what you send out after an inquirer calls in response to their availability from your direct mail, telemarketing, E-mail, print advertising, or web advertising. They can also interact with these documents directly on your website.

We called these pieces “direct response promotions.” They are the best available means for meeting someone who’s ready to make a decision. If you send the offer of a free report to the correct demographic group that may need it, you are the agent with the best chance to help with their goals. Social media advertising is an inexpensive way to do digital target marketing since it allows you to enter very specific demographic details including age and interests.

These items below can be used as a headline, a P.S., or P.P.S. at the bottom of a letter or E-mail, billboards, or my favorite use – on postcards where I didn’t have a lot of room! What you offer will depend upon your area and your abilities, but these below are some of my favorites.

6. Call us for a free listing consultation that includes information that will remove stress during the marketing sequence.

7. Call us for a free listing consultation that includes consultation and customized methods to achieve your personal goals.

10. For any property advertised anywhere, just call us with the advertisement location and we will immediately E-mail you the property’s address and specs.

It is important that whatever promotion you send out consistently appeals to those receiving it. However, your mailing must go past appeal and create a request for more information.

In return for more information, you can ask the question, “Are you considering buying, selling, or investing?” That is where the transaction starts and that is why we spend the money on these campaigns that create incoming inquiries!
