This is a checklist for new agents, experienced agents (maybe you’ll find something to add to your checklist!), and agents who work with a team.
For the new agents, the best way to establish good habits as an agent is to follow checklists. Since you’re new to the processes of real estate, following my checklist will help in covering a large percentage of the “must haves” for a listing. It wouldn’t hurt to have a real estate mentor or broker review the checklist for any local, regional, or state items that might not be listed.
For experienced agents, again – maybe you’ll find something to add to your checklist. You do have a checklist, right? 🙂
For agents who work with a team, this is a checklist that can kept on an intranet or as a Google doc for the team to daily work and contribute. For a team, you might want each person to initial his/her portions as well.
