Lisa is a great agent, cares and is transaction smart. Probably as good or better than the local competition. So why wouldn’t everyone list with her? Well past clients and friends of her clients do. But after 25 years in the same town, everyone still does not know her. All of them never will. So we are going to do what I did. Write a weekly column about great ideas for real estate owners/buyers in the business section of the paper, post it to her web site and have a real estate minute on the radio giving value to real estate interested parties and provide downloads of the show also on her site. Plugged in people will soon be inviting Lisa over because she has “good ideas”. With a great listing presentation and proactive seller lead generation, that is the little push she needs to put even more signs up.
