I can’t say it enough – communication overcomes many obstacles in the listing process. With this letter/email, you’re again showing them that their property listing is at the top of your list, and you’re hoping to not only save them time but also show their home to a large number of area REALTORS® at the same time. To enhance our marketing efforts pertaining to your property, we have tentatively scheduled your home for the real estate agents’ caravan on (caravan date). This caravan will be a viewing by many area agents from approximately (time) to (time).
The tour begins at the eastern boundary of Belmont Shore and the properties are scheduled according to their location. I hope this will save agents from having to visit your home one by one to “preview” it independently before bringing their potential clients.
This tour is tough to get on, especially this soon after taking the listing so I hope that it is convenient for you! If not, please call (Assistant’s Name) or me immediately.
A member of my staff or I will be there during that time to supervise the showing. It would be preferable if the property is at its best during this time. It is also important for you not to be present so the agents feel free to express their most honest feelings and concerns.
