If the home isn’t sold 45-days after listing and activity is low, maybe it’s time for some feedback from your seller, if you haven’t already received it. I trust your checklists have kept your service at a stellar level, but occasionally so oddities occur.
Make improvements where needed. Unless there was a catastrophic occurrence in the 45 days since you took the listing, maybe it’s time to talk about a price reduction.
