As I would show a home to my buyers, we would go through the pros/cons and likes/dislikes. Before our tour, I would prep out this checklist with the items that I knew then I would fill in any special features that weren’t mentioned as we toured. Finally, after completing the tour of the home, I would complete the last two portions with input directly from the buyers.
When we were done seeing each of the homes, I would review this checklist with the buyers and email it to them for review (if they were still on the fence or “nothing hit the mark”).
