In continuing with this out-of-town owner series, here’s another letter to show the value of choosing you as their REALTOR® for the area.

Keeping an “eye” on your property can be a bit challenging from a distance.  Every now and then, it would be nice to “borrow” someone’s eyes and ears in Long Beach for an occasional checkup on your property’s status.

That is actually what I am volunteering to do for you, free of charge.  I have owned property(s) in other cities and states and, because of the occasional challenges they presented me, I came up with this idea.  My FREE Investment Property Check-Up Plan does the following for you:

Twice yearly I can:

  1. Give you current market value rents.
  2. Take a photo of the property and send it to you.
  3. Give you free, over-the-phone market evaluations of the property, based on my massive database of solds in the same area.
