First snow and I have a long driveway.  If you don’t get the first snow up, your in trouble the rest of the year.  Getting ahead of the power curve means that the little bit of flurries today will melt on the red bricks, non protected by the mornings covering that has been scooped up.  With it gone, it can’t be compressed into ice by feet or cars.  It took just a few minutes, replaced my morning workout on the bike and will save weeks, maybe months of pain.  It is kind of like the rash of expireds that you will see on the first of the year.  Get your shovel ready by having allot of packages ready and extra personnel on hand.  Hitting the ground running with about 15 listing presentations in the first 20 days of 08 cures allot of pain from an icy business.  I always cleaned up the first snow here and in California.
