Well it has been 5 days and I would bet that very few 2008 business plans have been written.  As you sit down to write the plan that achieves the same critical mass as you achieved during the crazy days of buyers that could not get Discover cards, buying homes, remember to keep costs down, lead generation up.  In fact, forget everything else except seller lead generation.  Data base improvement and solicitation, assistant delegated lead generation systems, affiliate led lead generation systems, hot demographics, services supplied by a great web site and more should all be on the list.  The great agents are doing one thing right now and through 2009 – increasing their listing inventory.  Period.
