What a great office!  JTM Brokerage in the 90’s in Long Beach California.  We had a bunch of great agents!  Dick Gaylord was right there with me.  He knows real estate, how to generate leads, how to help clients make correct decisions in record time and consistently increased his raving fans.  It is great to have someone at the helm that was on the front lines doing insane amounts of business.  That office of the 90’s had many of the ingredients that led us to dominate our market area.  I was doing a property a day and keeping my overhead down, Dick was getting all the showcase properties.  It was great times and I am glad we can now both be giving back in our own ways.  Congratulations Dick!
