In our continuing series of blogs on items to include in the Pre-Confirmation Package, today we’re talking about the Pre-Confirmation Personalized Interactive Activities document.

This document is about interactive activities that the seller can utilize to demonstrate your expertise in real estate.  Many sellers have the ability to do a little more research on you prior to the appointment, and this document will point them in the right direction.

If you have a 1-800 interactive voice recognition (IVR) system, you can certainly record some salient features regarding the property just like a buyer would hear and have the seller see how they can receive E-mailed information flyers.

A seller can also see how you can immediately receive a notice to contact an inquiring buyer.  He or she can also go to your website seller section to complete the pre-confirmation package questions; however, you can invite sellers to explore more of your website just as a buyer would prior to that buyer purchasing their home.

Lastly, if you have a strong search engine strategy or you have paid a lot of money to be high in the rankings, it would be smart for you to utilize that position now and allow clients to test-run the exact search words that a buyer would use in searching for their home.  When they see that your website comes up high in the rankings, they will be rest assured that their listing will be found by all geographically-savvy, Internet-search-engine buyers.
