The Property Information Sheet is an extra property information sheet.  It gave me more insights regarding the client, but it was completed most often on my website under my pre-confirmation or seller section that I would send the seller to prior to my appointment.

  1. Prior title policy
  2. Prior year tax bill
  3. Any appraisal and/or survey that you have on hand
  4. A copy of the latest mortgage payment coupon
  5. Two copies of the keys to all doors with labels
  6. Invoices for any repairs or improvements you did to the property; if not possible, your best guess at repairs, their costs, and year completed
  7. Lien waivers for any work done in the previous six months
  8. A list of inclusions and exclusions of personal property
  9. Covenants, conditions, and deed restrictions provided to you upon purchase, if applicable.
  10. Information on special assessments, if applicable
  11. Homeowners/condominium association information and budget, if applicable
  12. Any past inspection reports as to radon, general reports, earthquake, flood, etc.
  13. Locate any builder information including any floor plans, landscape plans, or old MLS printouts
  14. List of questions you have about the marketing of the property
  15. List of concerns you have about the home selling process
  16. Lead paint disclosure form, if house was built prior to 1978

Also, please start completing the attached seller information and disclosure sheets.  I can answer any remaining questions regarding these documents when we meet.  I look forward to meeting with you.
