It’s true. Sometimes, it happens and we don’t get the listing. Hopefully, this is a rarity for you and not the norm!

On these rare occasions, it’s often beneficial to get feedback. See if there are items that you can change in your presentation to make you an even better REALTOR®. Sometimes, the person went with another agent for a reason that’s completely beyond your control so don’t be so hard on yourself!

This is a sample of an email that you could send to a person from whom you weren’t able to close the listing.
