I have been seeing some of my coaching clients making pricing mistakes.
Here are the big ones:
1. Prices per square foot go down the bigger the home is. One of the least expensive costs of building is making a non-kitchen/bathroom room larger.
2. Expensive homes with kitchens and baths that need upgrading. Once again, kitchens and baths are expensive.
3. Noise, busy streets, backing up to commercial etc. are usually an underestimated discounts.
