Training principals that are a low priority to an agent’s financial welfare are favorites of trainers. Trainers that have a limited skill set or are trying to sell a product or get poisoned by whatever or whoever pays them to push their product should be taken with a grain of salt.
It is a terrible mistake to give your hungry agents a wrong direction to focus. Your agents have limited resources of time and money and must concentrate on proven systems. It may be worse for your superstars in that they feel guilty that they are not performing up to standards because they are not doing the newest and greatest concept. Be careful what you give your agents to perform.
