There are many services you can easily offer with little to no cost for these out-of-town owners that can prove to be invaluable!  They need a REALTOR® like you to be part of their investment plans!

In my continuing efforts to monitor available property for my client/investors and helping existing owners, some questions came to mind.

  1. Do you keep at least 90% of your units rented at all times?
  2. Do you have quality tenants?
  3. Do you get maximum rents from your units?
  4. Do you have a cash flow each month?
  5. Can you afford to hire someone to make your repairs?
  6. Are you tired of playing the rental property games with tenants who do not respect your property?
  7. What about vendors who do not make lasting repairs or repairs that do not increase the value of your property?
  8. Is it time to cash out or trade up?


If you answered “no” to any of the questions 1-5 and “yes” to questions 6 and 7, then maybe it is time for an investment agent or broker to help you. My clients always say yes to 1-5 and “no” to the others!
