A Realtors resources are scarce.  Only so much time, money, resources and patience can be spent in a career.  Simple strategies help.  Many of my systems have multiple streams of income with one exertion of energy like my FSBO program that can impress your buyers because of your extensive knowledge of an inventory data base that other agents do not have.  Or the fact that even though the FSBO actually sells their own home, you still get them as buyers.  Maybe the FSBO would just like you to handle the close for 3-5 grand?  How about getting a referral fee when the FSBO move away and you find them their perfect agent in another area?  I know….maybe you helped the FSBO so much, they give you a list of buyers they met that you can follow up.  Building a client for life after they see how much you helped them may be a goal.  Or maybe you can refer you favorite plumber or any other affiliate a juicy job that always places you on the top of their VIP list.  Maybe, you can just get the listing!

You learn these systems by investing in training from people who have done it already.  People who are in your same career, who are successes in every sense of the word.  People who designed systems, implemented and then went back and improved them until they become highly polished modules that would catapult most Realtors into the next level of production and efficiency.  When you invest in yourself, you expect a return.  The products of Sanford Systems have been producing those returns for the top agents who have been fortunate to see Walter Sanford at a seminar and bought his product.  Walter is no longer speaking as he is taking care of the small empire of rental property that he has amassed from his ideas on huge production and the resulting commissions from his real estate business.  Those products he sold at his seminars are now in his warehouse where he stages restoration projects for his rental properties and needs to be sold.  It is time to blow it out.  What top agents paid $1500 for you can now buy for a $90.00.  It is time to invest in something that will bring you more business.  Follow this link
