Since becoming a REALTOR, I have had to find a balance between two extremes common to many sales people.  I was drawn to real estate by the belief that I could help people achieve their goals, but the way the industry worked – it seemed that you had to scream at the top of your lungs to get noticed!

I soon learned the one thing that the most successful agents had in common: they put the customer first!  In fact, that was all they ever did… and it worked. Word got out, and they soon became successful.  I intend to follow that same path, and I intend to be here for many years to come, eager to serve you like no other REALTOR in our area.

My attached marketing proposal can never take the place of a personal meeting, but it will give you a chance to know a little bit about me, my beliefs, and the step-by-step plan that we use to get many homes sold in 45 days or less!

When we do meet, I can place my full attention on what is most important to you and your needs.  If you are also buying a home, I can help you find the one that is just right for you and arrange a simultaneous closing with your home.  Together, we will determine the highest possible price that the current market will bear and explain how that price can be achieved.

In addition, we will determine the targeted buyers for your home and we will develop marketing strategies to attract their interest.  These targeted buyers are almost always willing to pay the highest price for your home.  I will explain this concept and strategy in more detail when we meet.
